About the Role
We are seeking a full-time Business Development Executive (BDE) within the United States who will thrive as part of a small team within an ambitious agency. In this role, you will occupy a strategic role that overlaps between our sales and marketing efforts. Your primary responsibility is to initiate new business relationships and help turn inbound leads into opportunities. At Lullabot, business development is about quality over quantity, and our business development seeks to cultivate a positive experience and perception above all else. The BDE will report to the VP of Marketing.
The successful candidate will have strong technical skills combined with the ability to be creative and compassionate. They'll be able to manage themselves in a 100% remote work environment and possess excellent communication habits in order to work well with other team members, clients, prospects, and partners. Equally important is that this individual will aspire to embody our Core Values.
We are committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion. We strive to be a place where everyone, from any background, can do their best work and feel safe while doing so. We believe this is not only a core part of our Be Human value but also crucial to our Engineering Values. In recruiting for our team, we welcome the unique contributions that you can bring!
