Leo Burd and Owen Barton on VoIP Drupal

Leo Burd is a researcher with the MIT Center for Future Civic Media and Owen Barton works with CivicActions, and they talk about the Voice over Internet Protocol integration module called VoIP Drupal. They talk about how this framework integrates voice and Internet-telephony to Drupal sites in order to build hybrid apps that combine regular touchtone phones, web, SMS, Twitter, IM and other communication tools in a variety of ways.
